Congratulations to our PHS Swim Team - Team scored 2nd place at Cabot Swim Meet. Girls placed 3rd and Boys placed 2nd.

Lost/Found will be cleaned out today. Please check if you have lost anything.

The Flag will be at half-staff through Monday, December 7, 2015 - Presidential Proclamation - Honoring the victims of the attack in San Bernardino, California.

LINK, Agri and Student Council will be collecting CAN foods for the local food banks. Our goal is at least 1000 cans of food. We need them by December 16th. If St. Paul's school can collect 5000 cans, surely we can get 1000. Please give like you were hungry. Anyone can give!

PJHS Parent Center Fundraiser: SportsSmencils Pencils $1.00 each.

LINK: Important LINK meeting today in computer lab A. All LINK members need to come by and vote on projects as well as find our important information on activities and trip.

Rotation F4 Ends.

The FFA Christmas Party will take place Friday from 5-7 p.m. on the town square at Marilyn's Clogging Company. Sign up to bring a side dish by Wednesday check with Mr. Washburn to sign up.

The OCC team will practice at lunch Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 5 pm in the Agriculture Building

Dec. 7th - F4 Rotation begins.

Dec. 7th - LINK Happy Birthday party for the months of October, November and December will be today in the Student Center. All Students and staff with birthdays during the months of Oct. Nov. and Dec., please come by and get your cake, soda and candy.

Dec. 8th - Eastern District FFA Leadership Contest will take place today at ASU in Jonesboro at 9:00 a.m. Please wish them all good luck next week.

Dec. 10th - Swim Meet - Home - CANCELLED

Dec. 10th - The PHS and PJHS Choirs will also be singing Christmas carols at the two area nursing homes on Thursday morning December 10th. A list of students will be provided for teachers to dismiss them from 2nd - 4th hour classes.

Dec. 11th - Spelling Bee (8th Grade - 2nd Period) (7th Grade - 3rd Period)

Dec. 11th - LINK Merry Christmas party. The cost is $5.00/person. the $5.00 will pay for 2+ pieces of pizza, soda, candy and cake. No one has ever left hungry from one of our Christmas parties. LINK members only.

Dec. 14th - Band Christmas Concert @ 6:30 p.m. - M.D. Williams Gym.

Dec. 16th - LINK field trip forms and money need to be turned in to Mrs. Cox no later than December 16th. You may ask one friend to go on the trip with you, but they still have to pay their $29.00 just like you do. Permission forms are outside Mrs. Cox office.

Dec. 15th - Science/Social Studies - Semester Testing

Dec. 16th - Math - Semester Testing

Dec. 17th - English/Others - Semester Testing

Dec. 18th - End of 1st Semester.

Dec. 18th - LINK Field Trip

Dec. 21st - Jan. 3rd - Christmas Break. Schools in session Monday, Jan. 4, 2016.

Athletic passes will be handed out to Basketball, Cheerleaders, Swim Team and Pep Band students by their Coaches and Directors. Winter Athletic passes are good for winter sports only (Basketball games). You must show your Athletic pass to the gate workers in order to enter the event for free. If you do not have your pass, you must pay the entry fee. Fall Athletic passes are not good for Basketball Games.
