The PHS Booster Club is selling Tip-off shirts. Picture of shirt is posted on Office door. The shirts can be purchased from Mrs. Brewington at M.D. Williams and cost $10 each. Sizes are Youth Large to Adult XXXL.

LINK, Agri and Student Council will be collecting CAN foods for the local food banks. Our goal is at least 1000 cans of food. We need them by December 16th. If St. Paul's school can collect 5000 cans, surely we can get 1000. Please give like you were hungry. Anyone can give!

Friday:

Any 7th, 8th or 9th grader that is interested in trying out for Volleyball this spring needs to stop by and sign up in Coach Brooks' room by Friday, December 11. In order to try out you must go through off season.

There will be a CDE meeting on Thursday and Friday of this week to discuss the upcoming Judging Season. This meeting will take place at 12:10 each day.

Dec. 16th - LINK field trip forms and money need to be turned in to Mrs. Cox no later than December 16th. You may ask one friend to go on the trip with you, but they still have to pay their $29.00 just like you do. Permission forms are outside Mrs. Cox office.

Dec. 15th - Science/Social Studies - Semester Testing

Dec. 16th - Math - Semester Testing

Dec. 17th - English/Others - Semester Testing

Pocahontas Public Schools will be closed for the Christmas Holiday, Monday, December 21, 2015 through Friday, January 1, 2016. The District will conduct its regular schedule on Friday, December 18, 2015.

Pocahontas Public Schools will re-open on Monday, January 4, 2016.

Athletic passes will be handed out to Basketball, Cheerleaders, Swim Team and Pep Band students by their Coaches and Directors. Winter Athletic passes are good for winter sports only (Basketball games). You must show your Athletic pass to the gate workers in order to enter the event for free. If you do not have your pass, you must pay the entry fee. Fall Athletic passes are not good for Basketball Games.
