General:

Pocahontas Public Schools will host the 4A-3 Senior High Conference Basketball Tournament February 13 - 18, 2017. Per conference bylaws, the only passes to be honored into the games will be 4A-3 conference passes as well as Arkansas Activities Association passes. The admission prices, as set forth by conference bylaws, will be $3 for students and $4 for adults.

9th grade NJHS scholarship applications are due February 13.

PJHS Valentine's Day Deliveries will be accepted between 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.

VALENTINE'S DAY - Attention Parents & Students: There are to be no breakable items, oversized items or balloons on the school buses. Please keep this in mind when sending Valentine's Day items to your student. Your student's safety is our first priority.... Tracy Ingram, Transportation Director.

Auditions for Starburst show are as follows:

Feb 27th- vocal/singing acts @ 3:30 in the PJHS Gym

Feb 28th- dance acts/other variety acts @ 3:30 in the PJHS Gym

ACTS must have music. If you are singing, you must have the instrumental version of music. Acts should be well rehearsed and prepared for the audition (stage ready).

March 13th: Starburst NIGHT performance will beMonday March 13th6-9pm @ M.D. Williams Gym. Cost for admission the show is $2 for students and $4 for adults.

March 14th: Starburst Performance - PJHS- students will attend Starburst at 1 pm. Admission is $1

March 15th: 9th Grade - College Day at BRTC.
