TOPSS - Thursday, March 30th (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) for Parents in PHS Library. TOPSS provides students with value added diplomas upon graduation from high school. TOPSS strives to improve the regional workforce by training high school students in career education that will meet the needs of business and industry in our region. TOPSS seeks to improve the number of high school students pursuing post-secondary education and industry credentials.
