The Health Department will be at PJHS at 1:00 p.m. on October 26th to administer Flu Shots to students. Consent Forms will be sent home during the month of October. Students must return signed consent forms in order to receive Flu Shot. Parents do not have to be present for Junior High Students. Please call the nurse with any questions (Ex. 3020).
