The representative from LYON College will be here on March 16, at 9:30 a.m. Any 9th grader that is interested in a field that requires lots of math and science will want to attend this presentation. We will meet in Mrs. DeJournett's computer lab on the 8th grade hall. It is also known as the Arkansas Virtual Computer Lab. Our area usually has a large group that is accepted to the summer program, which is free. Let Mrs. Cox know if you are interested or let your math/science teachers know. This is a great opportunity.
Spring is coming and we need to take pride in our campus. Mrs. Cox is looking for 10 to 15 hard working, proud Redskin students that will become our campus beautification group. So, if you love working outside with your hands and want to make a real difference in our school. Please see Mrs. Cox or email her. Most of the work would be done during study hall time, but there would be other times that I would pull you from rotations. I would like to make sure you get tee-shirts and collecting poles. This will not be an everyday work duty. You will automatically become a LINK/SWAG member for working to make our campus beautiful.
Redskin Esports is looking for a Streamer/Video Content Producer and a Social Media Specialist (Two separate positions) to join our program. Must be punctual, reliable, and dedicated. Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm - 6pm. Experience preferred. Will conduct lunch interviews. To apply or request additional information, email redskin.esports@pocahontaspsd.com.

Tutoring Announcements:

Students are reminded that the LINK Ultimate Air trip is this Friday. LINK members may invite a friend from our school, but everyone pays the $25.00/person. This is a drug free celebration! Mrs. Cox needs permission forms and money by tomorrow.

CCM practice will be every Wednesday* from 12:00 - 12:30. This practice will continue until District contest in April.
Islander's Club:
The Island Club will start having practices every Tuesday in the Jr. High gym at 12:10 to 12:30. Please come prepared to work on your dances and songs for Culture Fest. Attendance will be taken.

Redskins PALSS will meet on Mondays during lunch in the library.
