7th Graders, if you are missing something, please check lost/found. 7th Graders you will be responsible to pay for missing books - it would be a good idea to check lost/found if you lost a book.

LINK will celebrate many Happy Birthdays on Thursday - May 12. All students and staff with Birthdays in January, February, March, April and May are welcome to come and get cake and soda/water in the student center this Thursday. We will serve as fast as we can. LINK is glad all of you were born!

Pocahontas Public Schools will conclude the 2015 - 2016 school year on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Students will return and receive their final report card at 8:00 a.m. Students that walk or ride in cars to school may leave after receiving their report card. Bus riders will be dismissed about 8:30 a.m. for the return trip from school. The staff, administration and Board wish all students an enjoyable summer vacation!
May 26th - June 2nd: Driver's Education Class.
Driver's Education Class: Driver's Ed will be offered at PJHS on May 26th, 27th, 31st, June 1st and 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one hour break for lunch - lunch is not provided). Students will earn 0.5 elective Credit upon completion of class. In order to be placed on the list for driver's ed a student must have their Driver's Permit and a check in the amount of $200.00 (check will not be deposited until the first day of class). 2 seats available
Summer School: May 26th - June 14th (8:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.)
