Attention Parents and Guardians!!!! Pocahontas School District has a new screening form available online for COVID-19 quarantine/positive cases. To get there, simply go to our school website, pocahontaspsd.com and in the upper right-hand corner you will click on "Covid-19 Information". This will bring up another page where you will see "Student Quarantine Form" on the left-hand side of your screen. After filling the form out and submitting it online, our District Point of Contact will field all information and contact you.
