Don't forget to look in take home folders this week if you are wanting to order individual picture retakes. There is a sample picture and instructions for ordering. Group pictures are not ready yet.

Christmas Roll Sale


If M.D. Williams students had their picture taken on picture retake day, Wingard will send out a sample picture with a second chance order form when the pictures are processed. It will probably be sometime after Christmas break before we receive them.

M.D. Williams Books for Bingo is tonight from 6:00-8:00 in the cafeteria. We hope you can come! Students may bring money to school tomorrow to shop the GT Business Expo in the gym.

Today, 11/28/2023, the Duck bus will be double routed and running about 20 minutes later than normal. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

On Friday, November 17, 14 5th and 6th-grade contestants competed for the title "M.D. William Intermediate Spelling Bee Champion". They are as follows:
5th Grade:
Warren Snodgrass, Kaden Anderson, Cameron Crawford, John Land, Reese Robinson, EJ Tawoj, Hector Martinez
6th Grade:
Jack Due, Makenzie Broadway, Harleigh French, Fiona Murdaugh, Adalyn Jackson, Jacey Ladner, Jacob Feltz
The top five will represent the school at the Randolph County Spelling Bee in January in the M.D. Williams Gym. The date and time to me announced later.

Tomorrow is the very last day to order group pictures. Group pictures are $7.00. We prefer a check because we are going to have to mail in the late orders. Make checks payable to Wingard Photography. If you want to order individual retakes, a second chance card will be sent home with students when the pictures are ready. No group picture orders will be accepted after tomorrow.

M.D. Williams Intermediate School Spelling Bee is tomorrow, November 17, at 9:00 in the M.D. Gym. The family of the contestants is welcome to attend.

The flower bus will be doubled by the chief, the duck bus will be doubled by the deer, and the camel bus will be doubled by the giraffe. These buses may be thirty minutes to one hour later than normal.
