If you did not pick up your cookie dough on Thursday, you have one final day to get it, Monday, April 13, 2020. Pick up after 10 a.m. Text 870-834-4586 and someone will bring it out to you. Please do not try to come into the school. Any cookie dough not picked up Monday will be stored until further notice.
Parents: if your child has medication left with the school nurse, it needs to be collected on Friday, April 10th @ 12 noon. Ms. Robin will be on campus to bring it out to you if you will call 870-892-4573 ext. 2020. Any medication that is not picked up tomorrow will have to be destroyed. Thank you.

1. Yes, I will pick-up my own order on Thursday @ MDW
2. No, I will be sending __________________ to pick up my order for me on Thursday, April 9th.
3. No, please store my order until I can make future arrangements to pick-up my order.
4. No, I would like to donate my order to the local healthcare & 1st responders to use as they see fit.
The school nurse will be on campus Friday April 10th at 12:00. If your student has medication that you need to pick up please call 870-892-4573 ext 2020 and she will bring the medication out to you.
Any meds not picked up on this date will be destroyed. Thank you!

Guldelines:
Drive thru the circle between mdw and jr. High. Bus lane.
Stay in your car.
Tell the person by the flower bed your childs name.
Your box of goods will be brought to your car.
You will have to put the box in your car.
One person will be served at a time.
Please note that your items were packed in a warehouse, take precautions when unpacking your items.
The fundraiser cookie dough will be delivered to MDW school on Wednesday, April 8th. Pickup will be from 3-5 p.m. in the circle drive at the school. There will be procedures to follow which will be sent out via message closer to pick up time. Thank you, Shannon Barr

Home Access Center (HAC) is now available for you to access your student’s school information over the
Internet. Through HAC, you can view a daily summary of your student’s attendance, schedule, and
classwork, along with interim progress report, report card, and discipline. The Home Access Center has
been recently updated to version 4.0 and the URL address has changed from the previous year. Use the
following URL to access HAC:

Once you access the login screen, you will need to choose "POCAHONTAS SCHOOL DISTRICT” from
the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. You will also be prompted to enter a login id and password.
Meal Schedule March 17th - 20th
WEEKEND FOOD BAGS:
MDW will have a weekend food bag pickup day on Thursday, March 19th, 2020 from 3 pm - 6:00 pm. in front of MDW school. If your child usually gets a weekend food bag, please come to the school and pick up your bag at this time. If you do not have transportation, please call 870-834-4586 to make other arrangements.
School Partners just informed us that our delivery date for the cookie dough will be April 2, 2020. The pick up times will be on April 2, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
Parents: If you are interested in purchasing a yearbook for your child this school year, please order them online. Order information can be found on the MDW webpage under documents.
Your Child’s AMI packets are online under MDW webpage and can be found under documents. The first 5 days are currently posted and the packets that were sent home last Friday are for additional days 6-10 if we are closed moving forward.
