Homecoming Week may have kept us busy, but we couldn’t let this one go unrecognized!
Last week was National Custodian Appreciation Day, and we’re taking a moment to celebrate the incredible custodians across Pocahontas School District!
They’re often working behind the scenes, but the difference they make is seen every single day. From keeping our schools clean and welcoming to helping wherever they’re needed, we’re incredibly thankful for all they do for our students and staff.
We appreciate our PSD custodians — today and every day! ❤️🤍
PES - Jason Moore
MDW - Dennis Roush • Russell Evans • Hunter Roberts
PJHS - Steven Hull • JT Pratt
PHS - Shane Pratt • Kim Lewis
DISTRICT-WIDE - Rhyne Pratt
Thank you for all you do for PSD! ❤️🤍

Our PHS seniors had a great time participating in Why Apply Day, organized by Mrs. Swann and Mrs. Stewart!
The day was all about encouraging our seniors to think about what comes next, explore their options, and take those next steps toward life after high school.
A great day with the Class of 2027! ❤️🤍
A reminder for our PJHS and PHS families: There will not be a Homecoming Dance this year due to scheduling around Homecoming festivities.
We hope to offer a fall dance at a later date. More information will be shared as plans are finalized.
We’re looking forward to a great Homecoming Week! ❤️🤍
