PSD Students and Families,
We have received guidance from AR DESE/ADH, that school districts in Arkansas may begin following CDC guidelines (as they are interpreting them for schools). Updated CDC guidelines reduce quarantine and isolation timelines to 5 days (without symptoms). Upon return, masks must be worn properly for 5 more days.
Currently, all students, who are currently in quarantine/isolation, their families will be, or have been, contacted by the district's Point of Contact for updated return dates.

The boys basketball games that were to be played tonight (1/6) against Valley View have been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 12, beginning with JB at 5:00 pm.
Due to the inclement weather conditions, the Pocahontas School District will not be in session, but will have an AMI day. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the building principal or the Superintendent's office.
The boys basketball games against Valley View on Thursday (1/6) will be played at Pocahontas.
Owen Rowe is the Fall 2021 Arkansas AAA Esports Madden21 State Champion!
Owen defeated Cabot HS last night in a best of 5 series. This brings our Redskin Esports program our first State Title since we began in the Spring of 2019.
