The Jr. High 4A-3 District Conference Track Meet has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 17th at 2:00 due to the forecast of strong and severe storms on Tuesday.
Residents of Randolph County.... our first ever Community in Action Day is scheduled for April 27th from 10:00 am -2:00 pm in the horseshoe on the PJHS/MD Williams campus. This event is to bring together community leaders and families to connect around the shared interest of educating area youth. We plan to offer particular attention to our immigrant families in hopes to create relationships that go beyond the classroom.
We invite all the community to join us for the fun and engaging and educational events we have planned. We look forward to seeing you and enjoying some time together!
Next Saturday, April 20, the A-State football players and coaches will conduct a free youth clinic for students in grades 1-8 at Centennial Bank Stadium in Jonesboro. The clinic will be for two hours prior to the start of the Red Wolves Spring Game. All students are welcome to attend. Students and parents may preregister using the QR code located on the flyer.

For a $20 parking fee per vehicle you can gain access to the high school football stadium for an unobstructed view of the eclipse! The concession stand will be open and serving hot food. As well as the possibility of watching Virginia Tech release a large weather balloon from the field!!!
All proceeds will go to fund the Odyssey of the Mind Pocahontas High School Team B to attend World Finals Competition at Iowa State University.
