The Pocahontas School District will host a Community in Action Day on Saturday, April 27th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the horseshoe on the MD Williams & PJHS campus. This event is to bring together community leaders and families to connect around the shared interests of educating our youth with special attention to our immigrant families in hopes of creating relationships that go beyond the classroom. Events will include a bouncy house, a petting zoo, as well as health and safety options for all to enjoy. Everyone in the community is invited to spend this time with us for fun and educational events and we look forward to meeting you all.

Next Saturday, April 20, the A-State football players and coaches will conduct a free youth clinic for students in grades 1-8 at Centennial Bank Stadium in Jonesboro. The clinic will be for two hours prior to the start of the Red Wolves Spring Game. All students are welcome to attend. Students and parents may preregister using the QR code located on the flyer.
