Due to current weather conditions, the February meeting of the Pocahontas School Board has been rescheduled for Monday, February 22, 2021.
Mon, Feb 15 is scheduled as a Virtual Day for the Pocahontas School District. Due to the threat of inclement weather, all campuses will be closed and lunches will not be served. Teachers will provide virtual instruction from home.
The girls basketball games that were to be played tonight (2/12) at BIC have been cancelled.
The Pocahontas School District will be in session tomorrow, Friday, Feb 12. All buses will run bad weather routes. Parents if your route to school is unsafe or impassable, contact your building principal about your students absence.

The Department of Education just informed us that there is a statewide connectivity issue with school issued Verizon hotspots. The State is working to correct that issue and hopes to have it resolved soon.
