MDW Chromebook Pick-Up, AUGUST 18 @ 11:00 am-7:00 pm. MDW Chromebook Pick-Up will be held on Monday, August 18, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at M.D. Williams Intermediate School. The Chromebooks are for all students, virtual and on site students. Please note that on-site students will not be allowed to bring their personal devices to school. The Park Street Entrance will be blocked off entering the school campuses. Enter through the HS Entrance by the baseball field. Parents will drive toward the MDW campus, where they will present their completed and signed Chromebook Program Agreement Form as they enter the horseshoe in front of the Junior high and MD. Williams drop-off. Either fill out the Chromebook Program Agreement Form online (on the school webpage under Technology) or bring your signed Chromebook Program Agreement Form with you. The forms MUST BE signed by both Parents and Students. We will have paper copies to sign for those who do not have internet access. Parents will be directed into two lines once they enter the horseshoe at PJHS.. Paper copies of the Chromebook Program Form will be handed out if needed. As you drive to the next station you will be issued the Chromebook and Home Access Center information. The Nurse will be on location as you exit if any medications are needed to be administered during school hours. Parents will then be able to drive out of the Park Street Exit at the Traffic Light. Once home, parents can go still online to fill out and digitally submit all information paperwork, which must be completed by Wednesday, August 26. Remember this is the Chromebook Pick-up day only, “IT IS NOT A DROP-OFF SUPPLIES DAY or A STUDENT ORIENTATION DAY”. If you cannot make it to the Tuesday, MDW Chromebook Pick-Up, Chromebooks will be issued during the first week of school as long as the Chromebook Program Agreement Form is completed and SIGNED by both Parents and Students. We’re looking forward to seeing you on Monday. August 24, 2020. Thank you
