Attention Parents: Yearbooks are in! We will have a final pickup day on June 1st to disperse yearbooks, report cards, and any additional supplies students have not yet been able to collect. Pick-up time on Monday, will be 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
Parent & Guardians: Report Cards are loaded, and you may access your child's end of the year Report Card thru Home Access Center on our webpage. Have a blessed summer.
Parents: I have contacted Lifetouch about the yearbooks. They have not shipped! We have been told that they will expect to ship them on the first of June. As soon as they arrive, we will be contacting you for pick up.
Parents - On Friday night, the PJHS/MDW AMI building was locked by someone and the key was stolen. We now have that building open and you can now return AMI packets at that location.
Attention Parents: The LAST DAY to turn in AMI work is Friday, May 15th. Teacher grades are due next week therefore, there will be no exceptions.

MD Williams Intermediate - Student Item Distribution & Returns
Date: Thursday, May 7th, 2020
Distribution Times: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm & 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Grade Levels: (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th)
Distancing: Teachers will be taking necessary precautions during this time in following Social
Distancing guidelines. We ask that Students/Parents please stay in your vehicle.
Classroom teachers will be stationed by grade level outside along the Bus Lane/Sidewalk between MD Williams & PJHS.
Parents are asked to pull through the bus lane, stop at your child’s teacher and be handed your bagged belongings. If you have Library Books or returns, we ask that you do so during this time.
Spring Pictures - will be distributed during this time.
6th grade Lockers - Your teachers will have your items ready for you to pick-up at this time.
Yearbooks - we will have a scheduled date later in May for pick-up of MDW yearbooks. These have not arrived yet.
If there is a reason that you will not be picking-up your child’s items, please contact your teacher directly (email, DoJo).
Inclement weather: An alternate date will be scheduled if “bad weather” causes us to not have this planned event on this date.

Together for Week 5 AMI Prep
April 22nd, next Wednesday from 1 til 2pm will be your final opportunity to collect any medication you have for your child left with the school nurse . If you wish to pick it up, please call Ms. Robin’s office @ ext. 2020 and she will bring it out to you at curbside. This will be your final opportunity to collect it this school year. Thank you.

If you did not pick up your cookie dough on Thursday, you have one final day to get it, Monday, April 13, 2020. Pick up after 10 a.m. Text 870-834-4586 and someone will bring it out to you. Please do not try to come into the school. Any cookie dough not picked up Monday will be stored until further notice.

3. No, please store my order until I can make future arrangements to pick-up my order.
4. No, I would like to donate my order to the local healthcare & 1st responders to use as they see fit.
The school nurse will be on campus Friday April 10th at 12:00. If your student has medication that you need to pick up please call 870-892-4573 ext 2020 and she will bring the medication out to you.

Guldelines:
Drive thru the circle between mdw and jr. High. Bus lane.
Stay in your car.
Tell the person by the flower bed your childs name.
Your box of goods will be brought to your car.
You will have to put the box in your car.
One person will be served at a time.
Please note that your items were packed in a warehouse, take precautions when unpacking your items.
