2020 Chieftain Yearbooks will be for sale in front of the high school this Wednesday, September 30th, from 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m for class of 2020 seniors who did not pre-order. They are $45. Students who pre-ordered but have not yet picked up their books can also pick them up at this time. Cash or check only.
2020 Chieftain Yearbooks will be available starting October 5th for this year's juniors and seniors. Books can be reserved by completing the form attached. Senior Composite Retakes are tomorrow, September 30th. If you have not confirmed your time you need to do so IMMEDIATELY.
Baby pictures are due October 2nd and should be sent to pocahontasyearbook@gmail.com. Please choose only one picture and do not send original copies if turning in a physical copy.

PHS Student progress reports are posted in HAC accounts. We are not passing out hard copies in classes due to the volume of students that are virtual. A hard copy can be requested from the office.
Lifetouch will be here tomorrow 9/17, for fall pictures for 10th & 11th grade onsite students.
Virtual Student pictures will be taken from 1:00-2:00 in the library. Please sign in and out when you arrive/leave campus.

In an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our staff and student body we are asking all parents/guardians, and all employees to notify our designated Point of Contact immediately when the following occurs:
Someone in the household has tested positive for COVID-19.
Someone in the household has been identified as a Close Contact to a positive case of COVID-19 and is requiring quarantine and/or recommended to be tested for COVID-19.
Student attending on-site and employees who are being tested for COVID-19. If symptomatic, student/staff should remain in quarantine pending results of their COVID-19 test.

2020 Yearbook Pick-Up
Any class of 2020 seniors who pre-ordered a 2020 yearbook can pick them up from 3:30-6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4th.
Virtual students who pre-ordered yearbooks can pick them up from 4:30-6:00 p.m. next Wednesday, September 9th.
All pick ups will be on the porch in front of the high school.
Yearbooks for on-campus students who pre-ordered will be distributed in their 4th hour class on Tuesday, September 8th.
Further announcements will be made later on the sale of extra copies.
