Parents & Students - AMI Packets for the week of April 20 are now online at http://www.pocahontaspsd.com/o/pjhs/browse/123717 and in the buildings. Just a heads up, packets are picked up every Thursday and placed into teacher boxes. Grades normally run a week behind.
Parents & Guardians: if you child owes meal charges in the cafeteria, an email has been sent to their school email with the amount to be paid along with instructions on the best methods to get it to the junior high. You may also login to EZschoolpay.com to pay them online.
Students please be sure to put your first and last name on every page of the AMI packets that are returned. This will ensure that we have the correct student and that if a page gets detached that we know which student it belongs to.

Parents & Students: A reminder that AMI Lessons 5-9 are available on the PJHS Website at https://www.pocahontaspsd.com/o/pjhs/browse/18825. If you do not have a way to print them at home, the Randolph County Library will print them free-of-charge.
PJHS core teachers (English, Math, Science, and Social Studies) have also created content-specific lessons on Google Classroom. These assignments are to help students stay prepared for next year’s classes.

Pocahontas Junior High School will be in session Monday, March 16th. We will be sending information home with students regarding the procedures for the mandatory shutdown for the rest of the week and discussing staff responsibilities.
Parents: At this time, Pocahontas Jr. High School will be in session next Monday, March 16th. If this situation changes and your student does not have an AMI Packet, they can be downloaded from the PJHS website under Documents. Lessons 1-10 are now uploaded.
