PJHS Orientation Day

8th Grade 11:00 a.m.
7th Grade 1:30 p.m.
Pocahontas Public Schools will conduct student orientation sessions for students in grades 7-9. At these sessions, students will be given class schedules, supply lists, and purchase lockers. Only students and/or parents/guardians will be allowed to purchase lockers and pick up class schedules. Students and/or parents/guardians will not be allowed to pick up another student's schedule or purchase their locker for them.

Spring choir concert has had to be rescheduled for May 22nd at 6:00pm in the junior high gym
Spring choir concert scheduled for tomorrow night has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 9th at 6:00pm in the junior high gym
National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony that was to be held this Friday has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 10th
If your child rides a bus that goes across the Black River the bus will be running late due to a wreck on the bridge.

Sports & Cheer Free physicals will be Wednesday, March 29th at 3:30 in the athletic complex. Physical Forms have been handed out to students and available in school offices
PJHS Driver's Education Class Sign ups - Students must have a Driver's Permit in order to take the class. Only 6 seats available. First come/first serve. Must have $200.00 check (check can be dated May 25th) to place name on list and Driver's Permit. Sign up in PJHS Office. Classes will be May 25th, 26th, 30th, 31st and June 1st. (8:00 - 5:00 p.m. )
