Yearbooks have arrived!!! They have been distributed to the classroom teachers and should be coming home with your child soon. If you purchased a yearbook, check your child's backpack over the next few days.
Teacher Appreciation Week starts May 6th! Our incredible teachers work extremely hard all year to educate and prepare their students for the future. Showing them appreciation is a wonderful way to let them know how much we honor and value them.
Our character trait for the month of April was Active Listener. Today we had an assembly honoring those students nominated by their teachers as well as teachers nominated by their peers. Congratulations to all that were nominated.

Pocahontas School District will be hosting a Community In Action event this Saturday, April 27th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the circle between M.D. Williams and Jr. High. Events will include a bouncy house, a petting zoo, food, music, as well as health and safety options for all to enjoy. Please come and join us!
