I was just told that the Alma Spikes T-Shirt orders should be out to students by next Thursday, Nov. 7. The delay has been due to materials availability from the supplier. Thanks so much for your patience in this matter. I understand it has been a long turn around.

I am postponing the Kindergarten trip to Autumn woods for tomorrow. It will be too wet and cold for the students to enjoy the day. We will try to reschedule a trip for Kindergarten to another location before Christmas break.

Wow!! The Lock Down Drill was carried out very well. The teachers and students did a wonderful job following guidelines and practicing this drill. Seriously they were amazing!
Alma Spikes will be holding our Lock-Down Drill tomorrow during the 9:00 hour. Check-ins or check-outs can not take place during this hour. Campus will be closed from 9:00-10:00. Please make arrangement accordingly around the 9:00-10:00 hour.
Second graders are bringing home a new permission slip today. We will be going to see "The Addams Family" in Paragould because Autumn Woods is closing on Thursday due to bad weather. Please review, sign and return to school ASAP.
The Duck bus will be running a second route today October, 29, 2019. Duck bus riders will be arriving home later than usual.
This Thursday is October 31st also known as Halloween or candy day to some. Students and teachers are allowed to wear costumes with only a few restrictions. Nothing that covers the face or head. No accessories such as tool weapons. Real shoes must be worn. Remember-participation is optional.
