Our Senior Advisory Council recently met with Dr. Arbuckle and school administration for a powerful session of collaboration and conversation. What made this meeting so special? It was student-led—our seniors took the lead, shared their perspectives, and let their voices be heard.
We are proud of these student leaders for stepping up, engaging in meaningful dialogue, and helping shape the future of Redskin Nation. ❤️🖤

This hands-on activity helped students visualize and better understand the science behind our body’s reactions in high-stress situations. 👩🏫📚
We love seeing our students dive deep into learning with creativity and curiosity! 🌟

We are committed to transparency, and we take every suggestion or concern with great importance as we move forward. Your voices are an essential part of this process, and we want the conversation to continue.

We value their dedication to guiding our district forward and making choices that support the future of Pocahontas Schools.
Along the way, they also practiced important food safety procedures, gaining firsthand experience in how professional kitchens differ from home cooking environments.
We’re proud of the way our students are connecting classroom learning with real-world skills! 🌟

Join the Pocahontas School District for a public meeting regarding the 2025 Millage Campaign.
🗓️ Tonight, 6:00 PM
📍 Pocahontas Community Center (300 Geneva Dr.)
We invite all parents, staff, and community members to attend, ask questions, and learn more. Your voice matters. ❤️🖤🤍

Currently, 71% of Pocahontas students qualify for free or reduced-price meals. If we can reach 76%, our entire district will receive free meals for ALL students — no matter their household income — for the rest of the school year.
Even if you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage every family to complete the Free & Reduced Meal Application. There are many ways to qualify, and each application gets us closer to our goal.
Filling out the form benefits more than just your family — it supports every student in our district by unlocking additional funding for programs, technology, and resources.
⏱️ It only takes a few minutes — apply here: EZ Meal Application
