Want to voice my appreciation for all of the #PokeyJH teachers. While this is a much different looking Teacher Appreciation Week, it’s one more example of how great they are. #TeachArkansas

Jr. High Parents & Students - Please make sure to check that you received the correct 8th Grade Social Studies packet. There were two sets made on accident, one being Arkansas History (the correct set that’s online) and World Geography.

Parents & Students - AMI Packets for the week of May 4 are now online at http://www.pocahontaspsd.com/o/pjhs/browse/123717 and in the buildings. Just a heads up, packets are picked up every Thursday and placed into teacher boxes. Grades normally run a week or two behind.

7th Grade Parents & Students - Week 6 PBS AMI packets will not be accepted starting May 4. So, please do not go to the PBS web site and print off any of their materials. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact me at the office or by e-mail. Have a great day!

7th Grade Parents & Students - There will be only one packet per core subject. Core subjects include Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. You will need to either pick up packets from one of the four designated pick-up spots, or print them off from our web site.
